1. These terms

By using OddsDesk (www.oddsdesk.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What OddsDesk is

OddsDesk is an independent interface for Polymarket and is not affiliated with Polymarket. We do not create or operate markets, match orders, or hold your funds or private keys. Orders you sign go directly from your browser to Polymarket, under Polymarket's own terms.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), and using prediction markets must be legal where you are. In places Polymarket restricts, the site limits or turns off ordering and deposits. Do not use a VPN or other means to get around location restrictions.

4. Your wallet and keys

You are responsible for your wallet and keys. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions. Email sign-in and the built-in wallet are provided by Privy under Privy's terms; the built-in wallet's key can be exported from the wallet menu.

5. No advice

Prices, data and AI chat answers are for information only, may be wrong or delayed, and are not investment, legal or tax advice. Every trading decision is yours.

6. Risks

• Trading prediction markets can lose you the whole amount you put in.
• Orders may fill partly or not at all, and prices can move fast.
• How a market resolves is decided by Polymarket and its resolution process, not by us.
• Blockchains, smart contracts, wallets and third-party services can fail.
• Take-profit plans run in your browser, only while the page is open, and may not place orders as expected.

7. Fees

• Polymarket may charge a platform fee on some orders.
• OddsDesk charges a service fee through Polymarket's Builder Program: at most 1% for orders that fill at once and at most 0.5% for orders that fill from the book. Nothing is charged if nothing fills.
• Every fee is listed on the ticket before you sign. Rates may change, and any change is likewise shown before you sign.

8. Third-party services

Polymarket, the Polygon network, Privy, the bridging services used for deposits and withdrawals, and card-purchase providers are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

9. Prohibited use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity or market manipulation. Do not interfere with or attack the site or its APIs, get around security or location restrictions, or scrape it in bulk.

10. Availability and changes

The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or end any feature at any time, and we may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, third-party services, network or blockchain failures, or software errors. Our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid OddsDesk in the previous 12 months.
